What does the price include? The price on our pages always includes the asking price for the property and the French estate agents fees. There is no extra fee for the services given to you by Dpd. You will have to pay the notaire fees and government taxes as well. These range from 50% on a very small transaction to about 7% - we can always give you an estimate. |
